No refund can be made after October 31th, 2015

- 30 days or more prior to the date of arrival full refund will be made
- Between 14 to 30 days prior to the date of arrive will incur a 25% charge .
- Between 7 to 14 days prior to the date of arrive will incur a 50% charge.
- Less than 7 days – no refund.
Breakfast & dinner are also offered at the hotel with an
